Analyst
University graduates typically join Intellecap as an Analyst  who have little professional experience. These individuals are new to the sector and are hired for their high level of potential, initiative, and a desire to learn and contribute to shaping the company and the development industry.

Associates
Intellecap hires post-graduates, who have two to four years of professional experience and excellent analytical skills, as Associates. Associates often assist  Vice Presidents  in managing client projects and enhancing specific skills and thought-processes throughout the company.

Vice President
Seasoned professionals and experienced Associates, often with advanced business or development degrees and extensive industry experience, enter or progress at Intellecap as Vice Presidents. Vice Presidents are responsible for managing engagements and beginning to develop client relationships and contribute to the company’s business development efforts.
Partners
Intellecap Partners have several years of development finance consulting experience and are experts in one or more of the company’s practice areas. In addition to managing multiple teams and projects, Partners mentor younger team members and play a large role in guiding professional development within the company. Partners are principally involved in business development by forging new client relationships and extending the firm’s strategic mission internationally.
