Induction
Our entrepreneurial climate supports individual growth
initiatives within the company and prepares our team members for
future success within the firm or beyond Intellecap. New team
members go through an initial induction to understand
Intellecap’s structure, policies, and client base. This initial
training gives new team members the tools to rapidly accelerate
their learning curve in the first few months with the firm.
Growth
This initial training is bolstered by our Srijan Saturdays; two
days a month set aside for team members to share knowledge and
skills or pursue new areas of interest. Additionally, team
members have the continued opportunity to be sponsored to attend
executive training programs in a variety of fields such as
statistical analysis or financial modeling.
Exposure
We ensure that team members are exposed to projects in each of
the Intelligence, Insight, and Innovation practice areas. These
diverse experiences allow team members to acquire an array of
skills, such as business planning, equity valuations,
operational assessments, courseware development, and research.
In addition to office experience, we believe that field exposure
enhances team members’ quality of work and understanding of the
development sector. We provide team members, either through
client engagements or sponsored trips, the opportunity to visit
the field as often as possible.
