Vice President: Anurag Agrawal
Anurag leads the Corporate Finance and Investment Advisory practice at Intellecap. He has led financial modelling, equity valuations, business planning, and strategic advisory engagements. He has been part of the pioneering team conceptualizing and executing the franchising of microfinance across India. Anurag gained valuable experience with ICICI Bank prior to joining Intellecap. Anurag holds a BBA and MCom from Madras University and an MBA in Finance from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
 
Vice President: Atreya Rayaprolu
Atreya is focused on Intellecap’s investment banking services and has led various engagements with international funds identifying investment potential in various sectors that positively impact social and rural development. Atreya also advises clients on structuring social venture capital funds. Atreya brings with him rich expertise in Investment Advisory along with a deep understanding of technology. Before joining Intellecap, he spent time at ICICI Bank structuring and raising offshore funds focused on making investments into Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in emerging economies. Atreya holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT-Delhi and a PGPM from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
 
Vice President:  Aparajita Agrawal
Aparajita leads Intellecap’s efforts to create and disseminate knowledge that shapes the multiple bottom-line industry. She manages our quarterly publication on the microfinance industry, Microfinance Insights. Aparajita is involved in strategic communication advisory and information management, including conceptualizing and managing knowledge portals. Aparajita gained significant experience in microfinance, microenterprise training development and delivery, project evaluation, and training and curriculum design while working with CARE India before joining Intellecap. Aparajita holds a BSc. from CCS University and a MBA from IIFM in Bhopal, India.
 
Vice President:   Manju Mary George
Manju leads Intellecap's efforts in enterprise development services. Her team supports clients in adopting the right business strategies and optimizing their systems and processes. Apart from researching the financial and legal aspects of mainstreaming the multiple bottom line space, the team also focuses on new product development and design and delivery of Intellecap training programmes. Prior to joining Intellecap, she consulted to Kudumbashree, the poverty eradication initiative of the Government of Kerala on its micro finance and micro enterprise strategy and implementation. Manju holds a BA in Commerce from the University of Kerala and an MBA from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, India. 
 
Associate Vice President:  Shree Ravindranath
Shree leads operational strategy, growth and resource management functions at Intellecap. She has also been engaged in strategic and operational consulting for microfinance institutions and micro, small and medium enterprises. She has significant experience in enterprise capacity development, natural resource management, market research, and policy advocacy. Prior to joining Intellecap, Shree co-founded a social enterprise focused on livelihood enhancement. She holds a BE in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from IIFM, Bhopal. 

CEO, IntelleCash: Ulhas Deshpande
Ulhas has had a career spanning over 25 years, and has a wide range of experience in brick and mortar service sector companies. He has worked in the healthcare sector, FMCG, banking and Financial services and BPO and ITES. His core area of expertise is Human Resources coupled with an entrepreneurial experience of setting up and running a venture funded company as a co-founder and chief operating officer.
