Intellecap’s interview process involves both a traditional, resume-based, personal interview and a case study interview.

In the personal interview, the interviewer will ask questions to better understand your past experience and your interest in Intellecap.

The case interview is designed to test your analytical thinking and problem solving skills. It is our opportunity to observe your thought processes and test your ability to think through a real life business problem and propose a practical solution.
