The Intellecap culture encourages mutual learning between
team members, the flexibility to shape one’s own career, and the
youthful energy and conviction that serves as a catalyst for
change.
Our unyielding work ethic is grounded in an open and lively
atmosphere where team members actively shape the company and its
policies. This has led to practices such as a “bid and ask”
process for project allocation where team members may request to
be staffed on certain projects as opposed to being assigned by
senior management.
One of the ways we address our team commitment to learning is
Srijan Saturdays. Two days a month are dedicated to taking up
study on a subject of one’s choice or driving forward internal
initiatives. Team members are currently pursuing interests that
range from learning Telugu to complex financial modeling.
Whether updating team members on current projects during our
all-staff, Friday morning meetings or sharing a dhaba lunch, a
forum for exchanging ideas always exists.
