Through our extended networks as well as within our own team, Intellecap encounters great business ideas every day. These ideas do not always receive the knowledge, human resource, or financial capital needed to launch into a sustainable and scalable business.
Intellecap chooses the best of these ideas and supports them with the time, money, and expertise to transform them into businesses which are spun off into new companies once they reach sustainability.
Intellecap’s incubations benefit from the experience of our Investment Banking and Enterprise Development teams. This combination creates a holistic approach to helping businesses align the resources they require to achieve growth. This process includes:
Business Planning: Building a solid plan to ensure financial and operational success
Fund Raising: Helping entrepreneurs access the funds they require to rapidly achieve scale
Human Resources: Coordinating the necessary human resources and in some cases assigning dedicated Intellecap team members to incubate a business
Hand Holding: Ensuring proper resources and input for sustained growth and scale
